Refunds/Cancellations
Cancellation within Fifteen (15) days of camp will result in forfeiture of total cost of camp. Cancellation within 21 days will be assessed a fee of 75% of the registration cost. Cancellation prior to 22 days will be assessed a $100 fee for day campers and $200 for the overnight camp.

If you cancel your registration but would like to attend future camps, full payment will be awarded as a credit towards future camps.  Any camper who leaves during the week due to illness or injury will receive a prorated refund.

Only ONE discount will be applied to your registration.
